Admissions for Academic Session 2024 – 25

Rahbar Minority Foundation invites application from eligible candidates for admission to the coaching programmes being run and managed by it. The admission to all of the courses/batches run by the Foundation and awarding of scholarships shall be ONLY through Admission cum Scholarship Test.

At present admissions are open to the following batches:

The admission to all of the above batches shall be ONLY through Admission cum Scholarship Test.

# Note: 

• In view of the availability of infrastructures, Rahbar Minority Foundation reserves the right to add or delete any of the above batches without providing prior notice thereof.
• Rahbar Minority Foundation also reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of students in any of the above batches, in view of the availability of infrastructures, without providing prior notice thereof.
• Aspirants and other stakeholders are advised to visit the website regularly or confirm the availability of seats from the office of the Foundation.

Eligibility

** The candidates should have passed the respective examinations from any recognised institution, Board or University.

Admission cum Scholarship Test

The admission to all of the courses/batches run by Rahbar Minority Foundation and awarding of scholarships shall be ONLY through Admission cum Scholarship Test. The following points may be noted for Admission cum Scholarship Test:

1. 1. The Admission cum Scholarship Test shall be offline and OMR based.
   2. There shall be 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). All questions shall be compulsory. Each question carries 01 (one) Mark.
   3. There shall be NO negative marking.
   4. The duration of the Test shall be of 120 minutes.
   5. The Test shall be conducted from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM.
   6. Entry to the Test centres shall begin at 12:30 PM.

• No candidate shall be allowed to enter the Examination Centre without the Admit Card and a valid Identity Card.

1. Candidates are advised to reach the Test Centres before 12:30 PM.
2. Mobile phones, books, copies, rough papers, notebooks, calculators, and other electronic gadgets shall not be allowed inside the Examination Hall.
3. Smoking, drinking, chewing paan/gutka/tobacco and use of other intoxicants etc. shall not be permitted inside the Examination Hall.
4. The question paper for Nurture batches shall be available in both English and Hindi languages. However, for all other batches, the language shall be English only.

Note: In view of the availability of resources and the convenience of the candidates, Rahbar Minority Foundation reserves the right to omit or replace any of the above examination centres or add new examination centres without providing prior notice thereof.

Application Form

Application forms for Admission cum Scholarship Test shall be accepted only through ONLINE mode. No offline admission forms shall be accepted.

Test Fee

The fee for the Admission cum Scholarship Test shall be INR 575.00 (Rupees Five Hundred and Seventy-five only).

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

1. Aadhaar Card

2. Mark Sheets (10th & 12th)

4. Passport Size Photo (06 Pieces) 

5. Residential Certificate/ Ration Card

6. Aadhaar Cards of Parents (Father & Mother)

*All the certificates must be self-attested.

The Scholarship: Excellent 100

The scholarship programme is named as “Excellent 100”. The scholarship shall be provided in the form of waiver of only tuition fee for a total of 100 students every year in combination of all the batches being run by the Foundation.

Tuition Fee

Those students who are not able to qualify for the scholarship under the Excellent 100 programme shall be required to pay a very nominal tuition fee @ Rs 2500/- per month. However the entire annual tuition fee shall be payable in one instalment at the time of admission.

Note: The Security Deposit amount shall be returned after deducting fine or penalties (if any) at the time of vacating the hostel or leaving the Institute.

Hostel Facilities

At present fully residential programmes are being offered by the Foundation. Therefore all the students are required to stay in the hostel run and managed by the Foundation.

Note: Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls.

Lodging and Fooding Charges

Lodging and Fooding charges shall be Rs 10,000.00 per month for the session 2024 – 25. This charge also includes laundry charges.
