Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Rahbar Minority Foundation, we appreciate your commitment to aspiring for a brighter future through NEET and JEE competitions. To ensure transparency and clarity in our financial transactions, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy regarding the cancellation of admission and refund of the relevant fees:
- Tuition Fee:
- In case a student decides to cancel his admission at any point during the session, the remaining portion of the tuition fee shall be refunded.
- The refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting the tuition fee for the classes attended by the student.
- Registration Fee and Admission Fee:
- The registration fee and admission fee are non-refundable.
- These fees are considered as nominal charges utilized in the registration and admission processes.
- Admission Test Fee:
- The admission test fee collected from aspirants is utilized for conducting comprehensive screening tests.
- This process is essential to identify educationally and mentally competent individuals who possess the potential to excel in NEET or JEE competitions.
- The funds are allocated for testing, evaluation, and various administrative expenses associated with this critical phase of the selection process.
- Due to the specific purpose for which the admission test fee is collected, we regret to inform you that Rahbar Minority Foundation is not in a position to offer refunds for any amount collected as part of the admission test fee. This policy is implemented to ensure the continued quality and fairness of our screening procedures
- Hostel Charges:
- Any balance amount in hostel charges shall be refunded to the student in the event of admission cancellation.
- Refund Process:
- The refund process will be initiated upon receipt of a formal admission cancellation request from the student.
- The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the admission process.
- It may take a certain period of time for the refunded amount to reflect in the student’s account, depending on the policies of the payment gateway or financial institution.
- Procedure for Admission Cancellation:
- To cancel admission and initiate the refund process, students must submit a written request to the administrative office.
- The request should include necessary details such as student name, admission number, and reason for cancellation.
- Upon verification of the request and completion of necessary formalities, the refund process will be initiated.
- Terms and Conditions:
- The cancellation and refund policy are applicable to all students enrolled in NEET-UG and IIT-JEE coaching programs.
- Any additional charges or penalties incurred during the admission process, beyond the mentioned fees, will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- The decision of the management regarding any disputes related to cancellation and refund shall be final.
By enrolling in our coaching programs, students acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
