1. Mode of Service Delivery:

• Our institute exclusively provides coaching services within the campus premises.
• Students are required to attend classes physically at the designated locations of the institute.

2. No Physical Goods Shipping:

• As we do not sell physical products online, there is no shipping or delivery of goods to students’ postal addresses.

3. Campus Attendance:

• Students are expected to attend classes in person as per the schedule provided by the institute.
• It is mandatory for students to be present at the institute’s campus for availing coaching services.

4. Schedule and Timings:

• The institute will provide a detailed schedule of classes and timings for the entire duration of the coaching program.
• Students are required to adhere to the schedule and attend classes punctually.

5. Communication Channels:

• Any updates, notifications, or changes in the schedule will be communicated to students through official communication channels such as email, SMS, or notices displayed within the campus premises.

6. Absence and Makeup Classes:

• In case of unavoidable circumstances leading to student absence from classes, makeup classes may be arranged subject to availability and prior approval from the institute.
• The institute reserves the right to decide on the feasibility of arranging makeup classes based on various factors.

7. Compliance with Institute Policies:

• Students are expected to comply with all institute policies and regulations regarding attendance, behaviour, and academic conduct.
• Failure to adhere to these policies may result in disciplinary action as per the institute’s guidelines.

8. Terms and Conditions:

• The Shipping and Delivery Policy applies solely to the provision of coaching services within the institute’s campus premises.
• Students are responsible for their timely attendance and participation in classes as per the prescribed schedule.
• The institute shall not be held liable for any disruptions in coaching services due to factors beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
